A new era for Interdisciplinary Orthopaedics

Founded in 2019, Interdisciplinary Orthopaedics was built on one principle: advancing modern orthopaedic care requires true interdisciplinary collaboration.

Today, we enter a new era โ€” marked by our ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฝ ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ผ and our evolution into a cross-institutional research collaboration. What began as a focused initiative has grown into a structured partnership across institutions, integrating clinical expertise, engineering, sensor technology, implantable devices, patient care pathways, and digital health.

Interdisciplinary research is part of our DNA.

Our goal is to individualize patient treatment and rehabilitation, minimizing hospitalization and reducing the impact on everyday life. We aim to meet the demands of the modern orthopaedic patient through innovation, precision, and collaboration.

Based in Denmark and working closely with national and international partners, we continue to address the full spectrum of musculoskeletal diseases โ€” now with an even stronger collaborative foundation.

Soon, we will launch
